With both Resistance 3 and Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One already on store shelves, developer Insomniac Games' relationship with Sony appears to have come to an end

Could 'Space Beasts' Or 'Galaxy Beasts' Be The Next Retail Product From Insomniac Games?

While the developer might end up working on additional PlayStation exclusive products, it seems like the studio is keen to move on to its own set of new IP.

Announced at E3, Overstrike is set to be the first original title in the developer's multiplatform portfolio. But Insomniac Games looks keen to add more titles to its roster, with trademarks for both "Space Beast" and "Galaxy Beasts" filed online.

Exactly what the projects entail remains to be seen, but it's going to be interesting monitoring Insomniac's transition over the coming months.
