Sonic Generations Includes An Unlockable Version Of The Original Mega Drive Sonic Title.

We thought we were going to be taken by the game's reimagined 2D stages, but it's actually the modern Sonic stuff that's got us replaying levels over and over in order to beat our best time. We hope that the game features good leaderboard support so the competitive nature of the title can really shine.

If you were worried that Sonic Generations wasn't possibly packing enough nostalgia, then it's emerged that the game will include a hidden unlockable version of the original Mega Drive Sonic The Hedgehog game. Which is a really rather lovely touch.
