The Eggcellent (Sorry!) Looking Hardboiled Chicken Will Release On The European PlayStation Store Next Week.

But now it's announced that fowl lovers in Europe will not have long to wait to get their hands on the cinematic bird-blaster — with the game due to release on the European PlayStation Store just a day later, on October 19th.

"Set in Albatropolis, a land full of birds taken over by a totalitarian penguin regime, Hardboiled Chicken, the original Coq of War, must assassinate the evil penguin leader Putzki.  His mission will unlock the secrets to his mysterious, hard boiled past and uncover the real enemies of Albatropolis," the official pitch reads.

Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken spans a fully-featured single-player campaign in addition to a ten-chapter strong c0-operative mode. You can catch a trailer of the game's co-op mode through here.

The title will run you £7.19 upon its release next week.
