Like Resistance 3, new copies of the game will come bundled with a one-time use code unlocking access to the multiplayer component of the title. Those buying a used copy will need to splash out an addition $10 in order to access the online features.
The news comes via Sony España Software Manager Juan Jiménez, who told The Vault that the pass system was a buffer against piracy and used game sales. Given this is now the standard for most games with a multiplayer mode, it's hard to get riled up, isn't it?
