Sony's released a video tour of the new PlayStation Home.

In a new video posted on the PlayStation Blog, excitable director Jack Buser has offered a tour of the new features we can expect in the rebooted virtual world.

Buser's really keen to emphasise Home's new focus on games, explaining how each of the districts will put playable content first — be it directing you towards existing spaces or including new content such as Home's brand new free-to-play first-person-shooter.

Perhaps most exciting for frequent users is the inclusion of a quest system, which Buser explains will allow for anything from simple fetch quests right through to enormous narrative driven experiences.

The new Home's due to release pretty soon, and we're eager to check it out. Hopefully it will encourage some of you naysayers to at least give the service a second chance too.
