AT&T's PlayStation Vita 3G prices have changed ahead of the console's launch in just under a month.
You still have the option of $14.99 for 250MB, or heavier users can pay $30 for 3GB — an increase from $25 for 2GB.
Will you be stumping up the extra cash for 3GB or is 250MB still the one for you?

Ugh, I already give AT&T $150ish a month. Even just $15 more makes me cringe. Strangely, I'm still not entirely convinced that I don't want the 3G version "just in case".
lol my at&t bill is like $400! i hope i can get the 3GB though
Yea im not gonna try it i mean i really wanted the bundle but its not worth it. The wifi is just going have to be enough to me. I knew there was going to be a hidden fee.
Sony needs to learn that hiding all the bad news until a month before launch isn't going to do them any favours. If they were upfront about the 3G capabilities and pricing from the get-go, then it would've blown over by now. And if they actually tried to do any sort of marketing, they would've realized that expensive required accessories will guarantee lower sales.
Alas, despite facts pointing to the contrary, now when the Vita comes out, the only thing on everyone's minds will be that it has ridiculously overpriced proprietary memory cards and badly priced AT&T 3G service...
I wonder if the 3G will create huge lag where some people will use it and some won't in a same game. I can't see the use of it... playing COD on a train? Most people will probably play it at home for multiplayer. Weird stuff by Sony especially when 3G is such old technology now.
the 3g isnt that pricey thats how much you pay for to get it on your phone and thats how much i thought it would be. its not a hidden fee. did you think that you werent going to have to pay for 3G? thats silly :^P
I might have considered it if they had 4G and the plan was unlimited.
@gambitttt: This is AT&T we're talking about. They are notorious for slapping fees left and right. The reason me and my family dropped them was because they kept overcharging by $60+ each month. I dunno if they'll pull the same crap on the Vita, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.
