With no more Harry Potter movies in the pipeline, EA Bright Light's work has been completed.

The developer — which was responsible for three of the most recent Harry Potter titles — has been going through a formal consultation process since October. That period is now over, and the developer has closed.

Thankfully, many of the employees from the Bright Light studio have been ushered into new positions around EA, with roles at Criterion and Playfish all up for grabs. Other former Bright Light employees moved to nearby outfits Supermassive Games and Jagex.

Naturally, we wish the best of luck to all those affected.
