Lightning strikes twice: that much we already know. But it sounds like publisher Square Enix has much bigger plans for Final Fantasy XIII-2’s post release content in mind – with the return of several other familiar faces teased by the Japanese publisher.
According to director Motomu Toriyama and producer Yoshinori Kitase, chatting in an interview published in the game's "Ultimania" guide books, XIII-2 represents "Noel and Serah's" arc of the story. The duo added that we should expect “Lightning, Snow and Sazh's” stories in the future. As long as there’s no Hope, eh?
Square Enix is keeping tight-lipped about future plans for now, but the publisher has promised robust post-release plans for Final Fantasy XIII-2 in the past. You’d have to be as dozy as Vanille not to put two-and-two together.

No Hope is always good, heh heh
So, incoming DLC huh? Well, I wasn't planning on picking this one up at full price anyway. I still gotta finish the first one then hopefully the price of XIII-2 will have dropped by then.
Lightning wearing as little as possible, please. And more of Sazh's adorable lil chocobo (oh yeah, guess it's fully grown big adorable chocobo now).
