Sony’s divisive virtual world PlayStation Home is set to get a few upgrades this week. Version 1.65 brings with it a new user interface and speed improvements – making it even easier to stalk avatars wearing nothing but swimwear.
Tweaks include a new menu screen, personal voice chat and more intelligent use of furniture slots. Unless you’re a regular user of Home the changes won’t mean much, but they should help to improve the experience for frequent users.
If you still consider Home to be a stain upon your PS3’s XMB, then we encourage you to dive back in – especially if you haven’t ventured into the virtual world for a couple of years. It’s a much more active place these days, with a much bigger emphasis on games.

It's not the greatest thing in the world, but I hop on PS home from time to time. I just got done playing Cutthroats: Battle for Black Powder Cove on there.
Im the same as you Splat. I don't consider Home to be the greatest either but I still use it every now n again. Its not a bad thing to have on the XMB tho as sometimes when Im not in the mood for much just jump on Home n have chat or play a little game of something. I hope Sony continue with adding good games to Home (Novus Prime springs to mind) as I could see myself using using it more then. Theres apparently a 3rd person shooter n an MMO style rpg coming to Home in the next few months. Ill be keeping an eye on Home
@MadchesterManc Yeah, both of those games look very cool.
