Video game collector’s editions have gradually got more elaborate (and expensive) over the past five years — but Resident Evil 6’s Japan-only Premium Edition sets a whole new precedent.
The limited edition pack will set you back a staggering ¥105,000, which translates to about $1300.
In exchange for your hard-earned cash, you’ll receive a full-size, wearable replica of Leon’s leather jacket from the main game. You’ll also receive a copy of Resident Evil 6 on PS3 and four phone covers based on the series’ famous herb items.
The set will be available in limited supplies through Capcom’s own Japanese store. Cosplayers – you know exactly what you need to do.

The picture says it all
Thats a nice jacket, but $1300???
This is laughable and I'm a huge RE fan.
Perhaps if it included the glock as well, then worth it!
That is a nice jacket...I bet the resale value on that will be crazy. BUT i dont have 1300 bucks to waste on a gamble.
I don't know a single game I'd pay $1300 for.
Take away the game and the phone covers and you're pretty much paying $1200 for a jacket. It may be pretty cool, but I doubt many people will drop more than a grand on that.
oh japan, you so crazy~
$1300? I'll buy two!
madness
...the only jacket worth that price would be ryo hazuki's .
