Scratch Your Head over Monster Hunter Puzzle Spin-Off

When Capcom teased last week that it was going to reveal a new game in the next issue of Famitsu magazine, the Internet was sent into a predictable frenzy. Could it be the long awaited Monster Hunter title for Vita? Well, it is a new title in the Monster Hunter series – just a puzzle spin-off for PSP.

Disappointment aside, the game actually sounds alright. It features the Monster Hunter franchise’s adorable Felynes in the lead role, and is said to play a lot like Puzzle Fighter. It’ll launch on 19th July in Japan in physical and digital form. Presumably it will be fully compatible with Vita.

We reckon it’s about time Sony encouraged developers to move away from the PSP, don’t you?
