Naughty Dog’s Uncharted series has officially entered the pantheon of great PlayStation sellers, with Sony announcing this evening that the franchise has surpassed 17 million sales globally since its debut in 2007. The numbers account for the PS3 trilogy and Sony Bend’s recently released Vita spin-off.
To celebrate the news, Sony hopes to add a few more numbers to that tally by releasing a game of the year edition of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception later this year. The updated retail release will repackage the main game alongside all of its multiplayer DLC.
What’s next for Nathan Drake and company? Uncharted 4 on PlayStation 4 we hope.

Haven't got a chance to play the 3rd one yet but loved the first two. This series really is a must have for any PS3 owner.
They need to make another vita one with mutiplayer. Maybe another prequal or set in the gap between 1 and 2. IDK but hell even a uncharted remake on the vita would be cool as long as it had MUTIPLAYER
I know I'm gonna get this sooner or later
Having just played all 3 over the past 2 months (single player only) I have to say the second really does stand out not only from the other 2 but from just about anything else I've ever played. It really is a 10 hour long action movie and I can't think of anything I would add or change. The first 1 was too difficult - even on easy there were hard parts - and the middle too long and drawn out. The 3rd 1 had the misfortune of following the 2nd. Gameplay wise I really wish the 3rd was 2nd. It starts out kind of slow and the difficulty is more in line w/ the first, and the characters aren't as interesting. The 2nd half of the game flips a switch and gets better, which would be a great lead in for the pedal to the metal 2nd game.
I wonder if Sony will release a trilogy pack since the first 2 already have a dual pack? hmmm
