We still don’t know much about Plastic’s upcoming PSN adventure Datura, but that’s not stopped the Polish developer from concocting an extravagant virtual reality set up to show off its game.
The expensive demo is built around Sony’s recently released HMZ-T1 personal projector, and uses a second PlayStation Move controller (attached to the head) to track movement. We bet the effect is incredible for the person using the headset, but we’re not sure our neck could deal with all the weight.
Still, it could be a glimpse at the future. We’ve tried out one of these personal projectors and, while you undeniably feel like an idiot wearing it, the effect is very impressive.
As for Datura, we'll learn more about that when it releases on the PlayStation Store next week.
