Atlus has confirmed that the heavily anticipated Persona 4: The Golden will arrive in North America this Fall.
The expanded Vita RPG is scheduled to release in Japan on 15th June, but, up until now, a Western release was unconfirmed.
The Golden is an updated version of the PS2 title that launched in 2008. It includes a new character, as well as animated cut-scenes, an online rescue mode and more dialogue than the original.
It’s not the only Persona title scheduled for release this Fall, with Persona 4 Arena also due out on PlayStation 3 later this year.

Instant purchase!
Agreed! Pure nom nom material.
THIS is more like it.
It includes a new character, as well as animated cut-scenes, an online rescue mode and more dialogue than the original.
Along with new attacks, new Personae, new areas to explore, new events, a new Social Link to go with the new character, redone backgrounds, new music, new costumes... so much NEW!
It's Persona 4 Golden in North America. No "the".
Other than that, I'm really looking forward to it! I was just about to try finishing the PS2 version, but now I'll play some other SMT games instead.
