There's some very good deals in there. I'd recommend Red Dead Redemption, inFamous 2 and Just Cause 2 if you haven't played them. The Mortal Kombat deal is good, and I also really enjoyed Mafia II, so that's worth a look too.
In fact, I don't think you can go wrong with any of these.

Or, wait until the Steam Summer Sale and pick up all those 3rd party games with all the DLC for like $5. ... Boy, that's a tough choice.

I don't have PS+ but if you do Red Dead Redemption is a freaking steal at $20.

True, about the Steam summer sale being even bigger savings, but my fairly new laptop will still in no way support modern 3D games without major slowdown, sadly..
You don't think this is what those Sony employees were tweeting about when they said now's a good time to get PS+, do you?
