XSEED may have scrapped plans to release Vanillaware’s gorgeous Grand Knights History overseas, but it has replaced the PSP RPG with a handful of hotly anticipated Vita titles.
The localisation specialist has confirmed that it will be bringing the Monster Hunter-inspired Ragnarok Odyssey to North America, in addition to Acquire’s quirky music title, Orgarhythm.
Both titles are scheduled to release this year on Sony’s shiny new handheld, rounding out a pretty impressive 2012 line-up for the niche game publisher.

NA only?
@Mandoble At the moment, but I'm sure it will make it to Europe too.
XSeed doesn't have a European branch, so...yeah.
Always good to see them working on something. Can't say I blame them for dropping a PSP game...certainly nobody would buy it retail. Could've sold well to enthusiasts on PSN, especially on Vita, but whatever.
@Stuffgamer1 I imagine Rising Star or Ghostlight will pick it up if it comes overseas. They do similar work to XSEED but for the European market.
If I'm finished with Disgaea 3 and Persona 4 by then, I'll be grabbing Ragnarok Odyssey for sure. I'm still holding out hope that Capcom will be dropping a surprise Monster Hunter announcement for Vita at E3!
I was expecting this to boost the Vita's sales over in Japan, but I see it didn't. Still, nice to see us getting to play it.
