Ratchet & Clank Trilogy Delayed Until June

Insomniac Games has just Tweeted that the European release of the Ratchet & Clank Trilogy has been delayed until June. The high-definition compilation was originally set to release later this month.

Online retailer Amazon has already updated the title's product information, attaching an 8th June release date to the game.

A North American release of the re-mastered compilation is scheduled to take place later this year. It will somehow tie into the franchise’s 10 year anniversary celebrations.

I'd hope that they'll release the individual HD games on PSN like they did with the Sly Collection.

Hang on, now...what's with the American users bemoaning this fact? It's not like this affects OUR release of the game...that we know of. I never thought it made a lick of sense that they'd get it months in advance anyway...and I think we can all agree we want it to be the best it can be. The delay is probably to ensure it is.

@Mickeymac: Remember, one of the biggest draws of this particular HD collection is that they're actually putting up online servers for the multiplayer mode again. THAT is something to look forward to.

@Stuffgamer1 Great, now I have a chance to replay one of the most disappointing multiplayer modes I've ever experienced, too. I'm just gonna move on, there's really nothing to see here.
