Awesome audio visual collaborators Superbrothers and Jim Guthrie have announced their involvement in Queasy Games’ upcoming Sound Shapes for Vita. The duo – who previously combined for 2011’s brilliant Superbrothers: Sword and Sworcery EP – will contribute an “album” to the upcoming Vita platformer named CORPOREAL. Keeping up?
All you really need to know is that Sound Shapes is getting a batch of cool new levels and music provided by some of the most creative names around. The visual style will be instantly recognisable to anyone familiar with Superbrothers’ previous work on Children of the Clone and Dot Matrix Revolution. Gameplay is supposedly inspired by cult classic Impossible Mission – within Sound Shapes’ recognisable framework, of course.
Sony has been really talking up Sound Shapes’ collaborators in recent months, so we’re extremely excited to see who else is involved. Who would you like to see lending artwork and audio to the game?

Ive mentioned this somewhere else but, great, now when the hell is the game coming out.
Is this Vita's Duke Nukem? Will it take forever to release as well? I mean it was announced at E3.... Last year and if memory serves me correctly, it was playable back then.
Oh well, lets hope it has a great showing at E3 2012 and then at E3 2013, E3 2014 and E3 2015 and then when finally released in the Spring of 2016, I hope it has not lost the hype it created way back in 2011...............
The only 2 things that could possibly be holding it back after god only knows how long in development would the the fact that Deadmau5 is releasing another new album or they are holding out until Sony moves more
units. Either way I keep losing interest!
Great! The Superbrothers: Sword and Sworcery EP soundtrack is amazing. I'd love to see it to make the jump to Vita as well.
