505 Games has picked up the sequel to Payday: The Heist, developer Overkill Software has announced. The studio – which itself was snagged by Starbreeze earlier in the year – revealed the news on its official website this afternoon.
The company said that the deal will allow the studio to “pull off heists on a scale never seen before”. News regarding a Payday sequel emerged in late April, though specific details are still being kept under wraps.
