Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified is due out this fall on PlayStation Vita, and neither Sony nor publisher Activision is willing to tell you much more about it. The game appeared in logo form during Sony's press conference, with an ironic lack of details shared.
Jack Tretton said that the game would be the first title to provide a “full, blockbuster first-person shooter experience in the palm of your hands”. Obviously already forgotten about Resistance: Burning Skies, then.

Vita needs more of these AAA games
Would have been nice if Sony showed some gameplay footage for this game.
I think it's a very telling thing indeed that quote: 'Jack Tretton said that the game would be the first title to provide a “full, blockbuster first-person shooter experience in the palm of your hands”.'
I think Sony regret farming out Resistance: Burning Skies to Nilhistic. And regret it they should. The game should've set the Vita on fire- instead it emerged as divisive and utimately disappointing. It's not a bad game, but there's not much that's AAA about it either.
I'm not a huge COD fan. I play games mostly for the single player element (until Dust 514 at least), but this really could give you the big game experience Resistance should have been.
OMG, Its call of duty on vita!!!!! Then remembers Call of Duty is retarded
@TitanBryan How so?
Like I say, I'm not exactly a fan- I'd take a Sci-Fi FPS (Resistance, F.E.A.R) over CoD any day- but it's a well put together franchise that generates huge revenues. None of them are particularly broken, they just are what they are.
If any game will help the Vita out of the current perceived slump then this is it! So I'd rather take it than leave it and hope it's a puts on a good show.
I'm really hoping that there is a solid campaign unlike the last few CoD games. a 10 hour story with full co-op and I'm sold.
Even though I don't feel it's a very good series, I know it sells wells. Hopefully it will be the game that publicly lets people know that Vita isn't just some pushover handheld.
