Slant Six’s rotten squad-based shooter Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City has been patched, publisher Capcom has announced. While the update doesn’t do the honourable thing and transform the experience into a completely different game, it does fix a number of issues prevalent in the vanilla release.
The most notable improvement is matchmaking, which now actually works apparently. Other tweaks include changes to enemy and ally AI, weapon respawn times, improved aiming and much more. We wonder if that boss fight with Nemesis is actually beatable now.

This is good to hear. I've not played it since my friend and I finished it on professional. The amount of headshots required to beat the final boss on professional was ridiculous. At least 200 with the sniper.
I thought the game was... Okaaaay... For a Resident Evil fan like myself. But seriously, the game needs just, a HUGE overhaul. I would be willing to get another copy if they fixed it.
