Don't Expect the Next Episode of The Walking Dead Until August

After some serious launch setbacks with its most recent episode, Telltale Games has warned anticipant fans not to expect the next entry in its massively popular The Walking Dead series to arrive until mid-August.

The company explained in a somewhat apologetic blog post on the matter: "Although we can't give you an exact date at this time, we can say that episode three will be ready in the middle of August, and that we and our partners will do all we can to release all platforms and regions as close together as possible."

The second episode of The Walking Dead arrived on the European PlayStation Store yesterday, after launching in North America the week prior. Telltale had previously committed to one episode a month, but we’re sure the series’ success has taken the developer by surprise. Still, we’d rather play a quality episode than a rushed one.
