Sylvester Stallone is starting to become one of the more recognisable faces on PlayStation 3. Not content with his appearance in Ubisoft’s upcoming The Expendables 2 tie-in, the Hollywood heavy is also set to star in Reef Entertainment’s Rambo: The Video Game.
The explosive action title – which was officially announced last year – will make its destructive debut at GamesCom next month.
Marketing manager Craig Lewis said:
We have been quiet since we acquired the Rambo license last August. During this time we have been dedicated to creating a videogame for consoles and PC that will allow Rambo fans and gamers across the globe to really get under the skin of Rambo and wield his iconic weapon-set in battle.
Very little is known about the title, but the promotional image above appears to indicate that it will feature an amalgamation of scenes from the first three movies. Personally, we'd be content with a PlayStation Move enabled version of SEGA's excellent arcade game.

I'd buy that for a dollar! If they could make the move actually useable, y'know, without any drift . . . or better yet, ask Namco if, well, you know #never gonnahappen
So, not a chess sim?
