Will Sony steal the show?

Sony has announced that it will be holding its Gamescom press conference on 14th August, a day before the show opens. It'll start at 7pm local time (CEST), which means 6pm in the UK / 10am PST / 1pm EST.

The conference will be staged at Staatenhaus am Rheinpark in Cologne. With rumours of a new PlayStation 3 model and PS Vita in need of some killer announcements, this could be quite a big one.

Gamescom runs from August 15th until August 19th.
