Meet the DROID X360, a dodgy new device designed by Chinese manufacturer Long Xun Software. The handheld unit – which boasts a striking resemblance to the PlayStation Vita – runs Android 4.0 and comes pre-loaded with an array of illegal emulators. It has a 5" multitouch capacitive screen, front and rear facing cameras, and 8GB of internal storage.
If you really want to play a portable version of Super Smash Bros. running at half the frame-rate, the DROID X360 can be imported from a variety of shady Chinese tech suppliers for approximately $115. We can’t guarantee that it won’t burst into flames upon operation, though. Then again, we suppose that’s not a problem exclusive to knock-offs.

"runs Android 4.0 and comes pre-loaded with an array of illegal emulators"
Emulators aren't illegal, the use of ROMs that you do not legally own is illegal.
