Rockstar’s released yet another batch of Grand Theft Auto V screenshots, this time focusing on various vehicles from the game. One image shows a bi-plane hovering over a tranquil river, while another depicts a helicopter being targeted by a crook. There’s also a shot of a sports car engaged in a high-octane police chase, and a picture of a man dangling from the side of a truck.
The bi-plane screenshot is particularly beautiful, but we’ve got a feeling that it’s not running on PS3 hardware. Either way, it’s nice to see Rockstar finally releasing new assets for Grand Theft Auto V. Something is definitely brewing behind the scenes.

Push Square isn't the first to say GTA V isn't able to run on current gen consoles... Why not? Compression and hardware tricks can achieve some amazing technical feats. I don't see why not GTA V isn't coming to current gen consoles; it would be a wonderful way to give this generation a goodbye!
If the planes come back like they did in GTA: San Andreas, I'm sold. Otherwise, I'm really not interested.
