Hear that? That’s the sound of a loaded pistol signifying the beginning of the great Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Trophy race. As promised, publisher Konami has released the stealth title’s long awaited patch this morning, which clocks in at 516MB.
The patch includes the anticipated Trophy set, in addition to the option to fully install the game. If you’re aiming to be the first to Platinum the brilliant PS3 exclusive, then we’re going to assume you’re not reading this – but we wish you the best of luck anyway.

There was a time when I would be absolutely thrilled over this news, but I'm glad I got to experience the game without trophies altering my gameplay decisions. Why? Because an upgraded M4A1 with ADS equals one silent, but absolutely deadly Snake!
The game even scalded me for taking out so many enemies. Haha
516MB? "!" Why do trophies and an install option cost so much?
Nice update, I wish more developers would add trophies to alot of the older games that DON'T have them yet. Since they did this, I'll probably pick up MGS 4 now
