The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will finally be updated to version 1.7 in North America this week. European players will have to wait an extra week, because, well, it’s customary on these shores, isn’t it?
The patch implements a number of bug fixes, including “general memory and stability optimisations”. Unfortunately, there’s no update on when Dawnguard will hit PS3.

Prepare for an abundance of new glitch and performance reports
"Specific to PS3 players, features included in the 1.6 title update, included Mounted Combat, will be rolled into 1.7," the Bethesda blog post said.
Its about time man, I just have to say ive had nothing but horrible service from these guys on ps3, this is the last time I EVER BUY ANYTHING bethesda on ps3 . This is the worst platform to get this game on, PC players get it all (mods) and well sony... we get treated like sh*t and get a game that barely runs.
Must....resist...rant...
