Developer Arc System Works certainly knows how to get the most out of its fighting franchises. The studio has announced another version of technical brawler BlazBlue, this time carrying the subtitle Chrono Phantasma.
The arcade title features three new characters: Amane Nishiki, Bullet and Azrael. It will also boast improved backgrounds, music, and new skills for existing characters. Arc System Works has yet to confirm a console release, but expect it to hit PlayStation platforms next year.

And yet Jubei remains the ONLY character I want to play as, and the only character Arc Systems seems to not want to make playable. :1
@Master-Nas Incorrect statement for two reasons:
1) They've said there will be new systems/mechanics, so it's more than just new characters.
2) This is a story-centric franchise. They already explained a while back that it was intended to be a trilogy, so this one will likely finish up the story set up in the previous 2 games (yes, there were two revisions to the second game, but technically there are only two games that progressed the story).
I liked and played a lot the previous games on PSP,PS3 and Vita. I may get the third one in Vita at some point.
