It may not have the brand power of Monster Hunter, but that’s not stopping Soul Sacrifice from looking absolutely incredible. Sony has released two direct-feed trailers from the Tokyo Game Show demonstrating the four-player action title's spells, weapons, character customisation and controls. They’re not the most riveting trailers you’ll ever watch – did you know the right-stick controls the camera? – but the gameplay is striking. We absolutely adore the miserable fantasy art-style. This is the Vita’s most important game by a country mile in Japan.

Wow this game looks incredibly disgusting. That article image was all I needed to turn me away from it >_<
Amazing.... Now we can forget about Monster Hunter =)))...
There will be no forgetting Monster Hunter...
@zezhyrule : You shouldn't read a manga titled Berserk, then. You wouldn't like it.
@Splat : I'm sure we can pass over Monster Hunter with this game. It looks infinitely incredible.
Technically it seems generations ahead of any MH, but it is also a so different game that any comparison betweem them will be faulty. There are many games where you need to kill big bosses, but is that MH really goes about hunting.
MH only looks like hunting game. Basically it is PSO clone with hunting theme. And this is PSO clone with magical and sacrifice theme. Hunting versus sacrifice.... that's cool... Two very important aspects of ancient humans will fight each other in the field of video games =))).... And i hate crapcom for betraying PSP fan base of MH. This is so dirty and ugly and stupid and whatever. Why can't they announce Monster Hunter 3rd G for PSP and Vita. Everyone announced their PSO clones for PSP and Vita. And only crapcom told PSP owners - GTFO =)))...I will be so glad if this game will be much more interesting and enjoyable than MH.
@Gemuarto I think Monster Hunter's a Nintendo exclusive franchise for the time being. It's something we're all just going to have to get used to.
Which is a radically supid move from Capcom, how many units could they sell for PS360 compared with these for WiiU? 100 to 1 ratio during the first year? Had Nintendo paid them so much to compensate?
@Mandoble I doubt we'll ever find out.
