LittleBigPlanet Vita developer Tarsier Studios is giving one budding creator curator the opportunity to work alongside its team on a fully-fledged piece of DLC for the handheld spin-off. Applicants will be competing for a month-long internship at the studio by building a unique mini-game and uploading it to the title’s servers.
You’ll have until 19th October to get your entry in order before Sony teams across Europe judge the candidates based on their originality, gameplay and commercial appeal. If successful, you’ll be whisked overseas to Sweden where you’ll work with Tarsier on turning the content into a proper piece of DLC. Pretty neat, huh?
"Gaming is an exciting and fast-growing industry but it can be tricky to get your foot in the door," product manager Elliott Linger explained. "This internship offers a whole month's experience at a great studio, all for creating an awesome mini-game. We're expecting hundreds of entries and can't wait to see what players of LittleBigPlanet Vita come up with."

So we have to
to get
Will we still get to play the failed entries?
@goldgin it might seem like a lot is needed, but it's extremely likely this was designed for people already vastly familiar with Create mode. My friend and I spent a good few hours just learning to do very very basic/simple things. Something like this is pretty much out of reach for new comers.
It seems like they are interested in finding someone who is already talented and rewarding their efforts. I don't think these people are interested in the money anyways. It's more about the opportunity and experience.
@goldgin Yeah, but if you win you also get development experience at a top studio. And who's to say they wouldn't take you on full-time if you proved yourself?
