Medal of Honor: Warfighter Trophies Failing to Unlock

It looks like Medal of Honor: Warfighter’s comprehensive day one patch failed to fix all of the problems with the first-person shooter. A number of posters on the title’s official forums have noted that they are having problems unlocking certain Trophies in the game, despite the requirements of the trinkets being met. Issues appear to centre on the 'Global Warfighters' Trophy, which is awarded for unlocking a soldier from each unit, and the 'Warchief' Trophy, which is awarded for unlocking all soldiers in multiplayer.

At the time of writing, there doesn’t appear to be a workaround for the issue. Meanwhile, Medal of Honor: Warfighter is currently the best selling game in the UK. Brilliant, huh?
