NIS America is targeting a 22nd February release date for Persona 4 Golden in Europe, according to a report on Joystiq. The website states that while the date has not yet been officially decided, that's the period that the publisher is targeting. Sadly, the re-release is unlikely to receive the slick Solid Gold limited edition overseas. The sought after bundle is set to accompany the North American launch on 20th November, but probably won't hit European shores.
Continuing its candid conversation with Joystiq, the publisher also claimed that it's targeting a 15th March release for PS3 exclusive Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory in Europe. Like Persona 4 Golden, the date is currently unconfirmed, but it's likely to be “around that time”. A North American launch will probably arrive during the same week.
Finally, the publisher revealed that The Witch and the Hundred Knights "should" also be coming to Europe. The action RPG – which features the art style of Disgaea’s Takehito Harada – is confirmed for North America, but following its delay in Japan, there’s currently no release information available. Apparently, NIS America will reveal whether or not the title’s coming to Europe when it announces a North American release date.

Hurrah! P4 Golden looks superb, looks like it'll be my next game for Vita.
