Sony’s marketing department often gets criticised for not going far enough to promote PlayStation’s impressive stable of software – but you can’t really fault this initiative. In order to advertise SuperBot Entertainment’s upcoming mascot mash-up PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, the company has created a short film starring four of the characters from the game.
The flick has been produced by the same clever folks behind last year’s Michael campaign, and depicts exactly what happens when PlayStation protagonists fall out. We've embedded the full movie below for your viewing convenience.
We reckon Nathan Drake and Cole MacGrath are dead-ringers for their video game counterparts – but we’re not so sure about that Kratos. Let us know what you think in the comments section below.

Nathan Drake looks exactly the same. That's pretty impressive.
I thought it was pretty great!
pretty cool i must say
I thought it was rather good! But it goes to show people who get swept up in the hype are stupid, stupid people. Can't believe so many around the net are giving Sony a bad time for this in comments sections. Geez.
That Sackboy puppet is creepy..
@ShogunRok It happens all the time. People expect the world from everything. It was obvious it was going to be a commercial — I just try to blank the nonsense out.
Kratos looks so out of place lol That was a really good commercial.
