Konami’s curious top-down spin-off Silent Hill: Book of Memories will spook European PlayStation Vitas on 2nd November, the publisher has announced. The game – developed by Double Dragon: Neon studio WayForward – will see you creating a character based on five different high-school archetypes: Jock, Bookworm, Rocker, Goth or Preppy.
There’s a demo available on the European PlayStation Store right now. Has anyone had a chance to try it out yet?

All of the Silent Hill fans were foaming at the mouth when this game was announced, but you know what? It's purposefully gone in a different direction, and the people who've played it have even said it's fun.
I for one support this idea, and am looking forward to it.
Good game! I have played the demo and liked it. For silent hill fans who are screaming that konami has killed the series "chill out it is just a spinoff",
I'm glad you guys are enjoying it. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but WayForward usually do great stuff.
I do like wayforward... looks like we're getting a demo tomorrow too. As well as Zero Escape. It'll be a great day of scary demos.
Dammit. I wish I could play the demo, but at least I'll get it on Oct. 16th.
