Ever since its launch in 2011, Battlefield 3 has struggled with input lag and audio issues on the PlayStation 3. Those bugs will finally be fixed this week, over a year after the title was originally released.
A new patch – due out on 27th November – will “significantly improve” the controller response problems, as well as solve audio dropouts “for the majority of players”. The update will also implement a slew of weapon balance tweaks, designed to give each firearm a “unique feel and competitive performance”.
