We’re so used to post-release plans being perfectly calculated that the apparent addition of new RAGE DLC has left us a little confused. It’s been over a year since the first-person shooter originally launched on PlayStation 3, and it hasn’t exactly maintained much mindshare since then. As such, the addition of ten new Trophies to the game’s rewards roster has put us in a ponderous mood.
The digital trinkets appear to hint at a new job path called ‘The Scorchers’. There’s also a reward for completing the game on Nightmare difficulty, which isn’t in the original release. Feel free to put two and two together.
A recent PEGI listing confirmed the existence of a piece of content called RAGE: The Scorchers. But, er, is anyone still interested in playing the shooter? We’re certainly not.

Blend game, beautiful graphics but so boring:(. First i was really hyped and the mutants were cool , but then the so called humans with special suits came ( The authority >?) and it was so meeeeeeeeeeh. I would love this game if it was more like fallout 3
rage ? huuuuh...
oh yeah the game i never cared to play more than 30 minutes due to HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONNAL textures problems ? (and boringness)
i tried to forget about it.
I beat RAGE too and I couldn't tell you much about it. I remember pretty graphics and car combat, but that's about it.
Well this was unexpected. Although it's worth pointing out you can get Rage for about £10 now, so it might be a good stocking filler...?
@get2sammyb I remember : BORING
@ShogunRok Yep, for someone your arch-enemy. I kid, the game is not bad, but like Sanquine says, it's just boring.
