SEGA’s atrocious anthropomorphic fighting game Sonic the Fighters will invade the Japanese PlayStation Network on 28th November, the company has announced. It’ll be joined by fellow Model 2 brawlers Virtua Fighter 2 and Fighting Vipers on the same date. The publisher has yet to announce a Western release date, but all three titles have received ratings from a German software regulator, suggesting that they are on their way.
The games will cost ¥800 apiece, which converts to approximately $10 (or daylight robbery). Alternatively, you can purchase all three digital re-releases in a set for ¥1,500 ($18.50). Just remember what they taught you in school: no matter how tempted, always say no to Sonic the Fighters.

I've never played Sonic the Fighters. Sounds like I've been missing out on an awesome game. Lol!
It was a good little game when it first came out. Although it has aged dreadfully it doesn't deserve the consistent slating it's getting.
Why can't we just have another Sonic Battle? That game was pretty beast~
I would be willing to give Sonic the Fighters a go if it was $5, $10 sounds too much for a game lots of people say sucks.
i want sonic-R......NOW
Yeah this looks really bad lol
