In an announcement about as predictable as an episode of Columbo, BAFTA has revealed that thatgamecompany’s stunning PlayStation Network exclusive Journey has topped the nominations list for this year’s awards. The critically acclaimed title is up for contention in eight categories, including artistic achievement, original music, and, of course, best game.
Elsewhere, in equally expected news, The Walking Dead netted seven nominations, while Far Cry 3 nabbed six. Giant Sparrow’s excellent first-person adventure The Unfinished Swan landed three nominations, while Wonderbook: Book of Spells conjured a spot in the game innovation category.
The winners will be revealed during a swanky show hosted by comedian Dara O Briain on 5th March. You’ll be able to stream the event live via Twitch. We’ve included the full list of nominees in the space below. Let us know if you agree with the selections in the comments section.

Pleased for Journey and hope it clears up but I can't see it (if its votes for by the public anyway).
I know this is a Sony site but have to say the fact no Nintendo game at all is nominated is a disgrace.
Still, hope Journey wins something.
Journey certainly deserves the nominations that it has been given. I had a good laugh when I saw that Black Ops II was nominated under game innovation.
it's funny how on nintendolife, nintendo isn't getting any BAFTA's, but than you come to this site and it's a big list from playstation
How exactly is Black Flops II innovative?
