Respawn Entertainment will be deploying details about its next project at this year’s E3, co-founder Vince Zampella has teased. The studio – which houses a number of ex-Infinity Ward employees – was formed after the aforementioned executive and his long-term colleague Jason West were fired by Activision for fraternising with EA. They went on to sign a publishing deal with, er, EA.
Ever since its formation in 2010, Respawn Entertainment has been frustratingly vague about what it’s up to – though, given the studio's history, it’s probably safe to assume that it’s working on a first-person shooter for the PlayStation 4. Speaking on Twitter, Zampella wouldn’t say, merely confirming that the company will be in attendance at E3 in Los Angeles this summer.
It’s going to be a big one. Roll on June, huh?

Do we really need more FPS's? Can't they think of anything else lol
I love FPS's, but even I don't think we need another one out there.
Even though I don't play CoD games (I've played a couple demos), I'm actually really interested to see what they've come up with. I heard a rumour that it may be sci-fi in nature. Although with it being next-gen and published by EA, I'll probably never ever play it.
