Aksys’ dreamy re-release of Muramasa Rebirth will dazzle the PlayStation Vita on 25th June in North America. While you’ll be able to purchase a vanilla version of the, er, Vanillaware favourite, the publisher has also confirmed that there’ll be a bumper special edition available at launch. There’s no word on an official price just yet, but Amazon.com has it listed for $59.99.
‘The Blessing of Amitabha Edition’ – as it’s wordily known – includes a custom console skin and cover from Hori, a pouch, and a framed art lithograph by designer George Kamitani. If you pre-order either the regular version or the collector’s edition from Amazon.com or GameStop, you’ll also land the ‘Abridged Soundtrack’, which features five songs from the game. You can’t see us, but we’re throwing up the horns at our keyboard.

will be getting this
me too, I've been wanting for it since it came out on Wii, but now it's coming to Vita ,so I'll be picking it up for that instead, looks way better on the Vita from what I've seen.
Whaaaat, that's so cool! Now I must preorder the collectors edition asap
Any word on an EU release?
@KALofKRYPTON Ditto. Really want this despite already owning it on the Wii.
@KALofKRYPTON Nothing yet, I'm afraid. Would be very surprised if it didn't make its way here eventually, though.
@get2sammyb 'eventually' being the key word there...
Crap! Are they actually trying to ROB our wallets this year? Dudes, we poor peeps. So much good stuff coming this year and yes I love this bundle.
Looks like I got two games to pick up that day. Neat.
June a perfect release date. I will look at it when it comes out.
