Sony’s set to give the PlayStation Network a good old dusting down on 15th April. The manufacturer has confirmed that parts of the platform will be closed between 8:00AM PT and 20:00PM PT in North America. Meanwhile, the European service will be getting an extra deep clean, with the system being spruced up between 14:00PM BST and 05:00AM BST the next day overseas. Have you got all of that?
During the downtime, you’ll be unable to access the PlayStation Store, Account Management, and PlayStation Home. Fortunately, those of you with idle thumbs will still be able to play online, assuming that you’ve logged into the PSN at least five days prior to the maintenance taking place. As a certain meerkat would say: simples.

PSN down due to all the Sony employees being online at the US post office to mail in their taxes.
No Uncharted 3 and Assasin's Creed 3 Multiplayer for me on monday :/
@Epic Multiplayer will work if you've logged in recently.
This would be a serious problem if it were "always online"...
Yep had to get that one in there.
