Sony’s close relationship with French publisher Ubisoft will serve up another bonus for PlayStation 3 owners this holiday in the form of an extra hour of Watch Dogs. Much like Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, the platform holder has wrangled an additional 60 minutes of content for the PlayStation 3 version of the title, as confirmed by today’s updated box art. It’s unclear if the incentive will be included with the PlayStation 4 edition of the title too, but we’ll be shocked if it isn’t.
There’s no word on what the content will entail, but it’s probably safe to expect a couple of extra missions. Last year, PS3 owners secured an exclusive side campaign in Assassin’s Creed III starring legendary traitor Benedict Arnold. That was also billed as an added hour of content, so should give you an idea of what to expect. We recently pondered whether exclusive DLC deals actually encourage you to adapt your purchasing habits. Unsurprisingly, most of you agreed that they don't.
Still, more Watch Dogs content is hardly worth complaining about, is it? Let us know what you’d like to see included in the comments section, and don’t forget to check out the title’s new trailer through here.

It may only be an extra hour, but i'm even more hyped for Watch Dogs.
will be getting the ps4 version
I'll get it for PS4, hopefully they can put the extra content in that version as well since it has been billed as the definitive one.
@Gamer83 I'm sure it will be there. Destiny is also getting extra content on both PlayStation version, so I suspect that will be part of the deal. I also expect Sony to promote Watch Dogs and Assassin's Creed pretty hard on the PS4. Wouldn't be surprised if both showed up in commercials for the console, etc.
Microsoft will probably do the same for Call of Duty.
@get2sammyb Since Microsoft is teaming up with EA, I wouldn't be surprised to see some exclusive Battlefield dlc.
Im actually hopeing Watch_Dogs makes good use of the WiiU gamepad since this is a game about hacking and I need another WiiU game to look forward to besides Pikmin 3. It wont be as good as the PS4 version but if its PS3 comparable thats good enough.
@rjejr have you tried the rayman legends app? Makes me wonder which version I should end up getting. I hate the wiimote as a controller in that game...but I do wonder how the touch controls will be handled.
Either way, I think rayman legends is gonna be great for the wii u and others.
@get2sammyb
Yeah, I'm guessing they're probably just waiting until E3 to announce that the extra content will be part of the PS4 version. That way they'll have something to counter whatever inevitable announcement MS has for some DLC.
