Your excitement may be focused on Grand Theft Auto V right now, but if you’re eager to revisit the origins of Rockstar’s groundbreaking series, then you may be thrilled to learn that both Grand Theft Auto and Grand Theft Auto 2 are heading to the PlayStation Network as PSone Classics.
Alright, so neither release has been confirmed just yet, but both titles have been rated for the PlayStation 3, Vita, and PSP by the ESRB. As the official ratings board for North America, the firm’s unlikely to be classifying content that doesn’t exist. As such, we're filing this under official until we learn otherwise.
The vast majority of the Grand Theft Auto titles are already available on the PSN, so it stands to reason that Rockstar would want to complete the collection. We’re still holding out hope for Grand Theft Auto: London, too.

I've always found it ironic and funny how GTA2 was rated T considering how contreversial and bad the series is.
Honestly, I'd rather have Driver 2! Best ps1 game ever. Wish you could drive that one tank tho, like gta3. Cool, tho, they're both fun.
About time. This series pretty much rhymes with PlayStation, and yet... well, this says a lot about the Classics' selection in general.
