Middling survival horror up-port Resident Evil: Revelations has bobbed straight to the top of the UK sales charts, proving that last year’s disappointing Resident Evil 6 hasn’t ruined the series’ reputation for good. The white-knuckle shooter fought off strong competition from last week’s frontrunner Metro: Last Light, while FIFA 13 made a late surge for the championship, finishing in second.
Elsewhere, rotten semi-sequel Dead Island: Riptide shuffled into fourth, while Assassin’s Creed III and Tomb Raider clambered into sixth and seventh respectively. Far Cry 3 fired into eighth, while newcomer Fast & Furious: Showdown raced into 14th. As always, you can peruse the full list of movers and shakers through here. Speaking of Tomb Raider I'm on my second play through and it's just as good the second time around.

Do PSN sales count towards this list or is it just retail?
@Splat Just retail.
Well, I think Revelations is a great game so I'm happy to see it sell well. It's also nice to see the 'commercial failure' (idiots at SquareEnix) that is Tomb Raider still on the charts.
