We’re still very much in the honeymoon period following the announcement of the PlayStation 4. That means that even the dullest of videos have an added gloss, simply because it’s so exciting to see the applications of a new piece of hardware. Take this Tiny Brains demonstration, which showcases some uses of the DualShock 4. In it, developer Spearhead Games highlights how switching between characters changes the colour of the light bar on the top of the unit, and how the touch pad can be used to direct your co-op partners around the map.
Alright, so it’s not the greatest thing that you’re likely to see all week, but it’s nice to get a glimpse of the new controller actually in action. It’s probably worth pointing out that this is the prototype unit, hence why it looks a bit clunky. Still, the touchpad seems super responsive. Are you excited to learn how other developers plan to take advantage of the device? Let us know in the comments section below.

Pretty nice even though I will never see the controller while playing so I might lose all that feedback xD
I'm still waiting for my scratch-off lottery ticket. Maybe PSN redemption codes can come like that.
BTW, it's been a full 12 hours since the last The Last of Us post, whats the holdup?
