The PlayStation 3 version of BIT.TRIP Presents: Runner 2 – Future Legend of Rhythm Alien may still be stuck on the treadmill in Europe, but that’s not stopping the handheld port from crashing onto the PlayStation Vita. Developer Gaijin Games explained on the PlayStation Blog that it’s poured buckets of sweat into creating the ultimate adaptation – and this brand new trailer definitely evidences that.
According to the small indie studio, the portable, er, port is due out imminently – somewhere between mid July and late August to be precise. We described the PS3 version as a “game packed with many highs and few lows” in our review of the North American release earlier in the year. So around Feb 2014 for us in the UK. Cheers Sony Europe!
I dont know this game? Should i purchase it?
I love bit.trip.runner. It was a perfect game for me and very addicting. I have been waiting patiently for the vita version of the sequel because I think it is the perfect platform for this game.
I love the demo, I'll pick it up soon!
Great news, Vita is the best platform for this kind of game. Will buy it once it's released.
All of you who have a Vita need to get this game when it comes out. Seriously. I had such a fun time with it on the Wii U, and I wish there would be a 3DS version without all the annoying slow down from the 3DS version of the first Runner.
