If you haven’t already noticed, the PlayStation 4 is a hot topic of conversation at the moment. In fact, the only time that we're not thinking about Sony’s next generation console is when we’re asleep – and even then we’re probably having sordid dreams about the DualShock 4’s touchpad being rubbed seductively by the cast of Glee. Whoops, did we say that out loud?
Seriously, though, if you’re anything like us, then you’ll probably want to know everything possible about the impending platform. Fortunately, the folks over at PlayStation Access have put together a handy video detailing the lesser known facts about the system. It’s worth a watch – especially if you’re a fan of soft rock backing tracks.

I knew every one, except the name of the new UI... which let's be honest, isn't particularly catchy. Not that it matters.
@Paranoimia Same here, but I actually think Dynamic menu sounds a lot more catchy than XMB.
@ajay708 I guess it'll get reduced to "PDM"
Clearly, this video wasn't aimed at hardcore PlayStation nerds. Which is odd, since it was hosted on a channel called PlayStation Access.
I'm not digging the shape as a gorgeous machine yet, but I never really care for looks. And I suppose its design is more unique than the Xbox One.
I knew all of this and they left out a few other lesser known features.
@HeatBombastic I like the shape, it reminds me of the PS2.
@Paranoimia For some strange reason i always see a woman in your avatar... instead of the cat/pussy
@Sanquine Haha, what? lol.
@Sanquine Oooooookaaaaaayyyyy...
@Sanquine @Paranoimia That's probably the best comment I've ever read on this site. Just incredible.
@get2sammyb hahahaha!
I haven't watched this video yet because I'm at work, but maybe someone can answer this for me: I hear you can access your digital games on any machine that you sign into and have an internet connection with, and that you can only have 1 home machine where you can play your games offline. None of this matters to me really, because I don't really play on other people's machines. But what I'm wondering is this: If I buy 2 ps4s can I be logged into both at the same time and play multiplayer with my family using a digital title that I've only bought once. My guess is no, because if you can log in and play your games on anyone's machines, I'm assuming you can't be logged in to more than one ps4 at once.
@Squiggle55 the answer to your first question is yes. You can access your library from any ps4 as long as you are online. To your question about havin two ps4's, I don't know but that's a great question. You can do that with the Xbox 360 though.
"...about the DualShock 4’s touchpad being rubbed seductively by the cast of Glee. Whoops, did we say that out loud?"
Everything alright over there @get2sammyb?
That was a pretty good video, I already know about a portion of what was said, but I learned some new things too.
So are we geting a PS4 indie game and a PS4 retail title with Plus every month?
im assuming sony assumes we already know vita is gonna play streaming ps4 games? and thus why it wasnt in the video??
