Liege, the beautiful adult RPG by Coda Games, has smashed its Kickstarter stretch goal, meaning that the fascinating adventure will release on the PlayStation 4 and Vita in the near future. The title – which looks prettier than Rachel Bilson in a rose garden – needed to raise $48,000 in order to guarantee the console release, but whizzed past the target earlier today. It’s now well on its way towards its next major stretch goal, which will add a previously cut playable sequence to the exciting excursion.
We caught up with one-man developer John Rhee earlier in the month to talk a little bit about the game, which is shaping up to be one of the most promising indie titles in the PlayStation’s forthcoming lineup. With the title now officially funded for Sony’s systems, expect to hear a lot more about this over the coming months.

YAY! Can't wait to play this on my shiny new PS4 whenever it comes out. Let's just hope it delivers.
I will get this on Vita. I want more rpg games for my handheld.
What's so "adult" about this RPG?
great news...another collection for my vita
Hmm...the Kickstarter page boasts "unique, high-definition, lovingly hand-drawn art," yet I find the RPG Maker base to be painfully obvious. That's not to say I'm against people using RPG Maker (I'm not), but I wish they'd be more honest about what they're doing here. Anyway, I was interested in the game until I read about it being "tactical" on the Kickstarter page. SO not interested in that gameplay style.
@ObviouslyAdachi They're going for some mature themes in the plot, apparently. It's not "schoolkids save the world" — not that there's anything wrong with that.
@get2sammyb That... that sounded like a shot specifically to him. D:
