Outside of an off-screen gameplay video, we’ve seen very little of Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate. Fortunately, publisher Warner Bros has finally remembered to release a trailer. The game’s premise will be familiar to fans of Batman: Arkham Asylum, as the goons of Gotham City take control of Blackgate Penitentiary. Good thing the Dark Knight is on-hand to dish out some punishment – and share some heated moments with on-and-off companion Catwoman. Meow.

Well the cutscenes remind me of MGS Portable Ops.
I suppose it looks ok (could be better considering the developers).
I might wait for a price drop or a demo.
Or i'll wait for reviews.
Whats odd enough is people are asking for a port of the console version and other people are asking for console spin offs, oh who to please.
@Legendaryboss I think it looks great. There are some janky animations, and the cut-scenes look a bit low-budget, but I'm really excited about it. I'm surprised it's not getting more attention, to be honest. I really don't understand why Sony isn't promoting more, because this could be a big deal for Vita. It's basically the only third-party "big" game coming this year, after all.
@get2sammyb I would argue Toukiden is the big third party game (New and exclusive) this year but hey to each his own.
Done a little searching and found theres a lot more games launching in fall for PS Vita then i expected.
Promoting? Well Sony have been promoting the PS Vita on TV here in the UK although in the US i hear there hasn't been an Ad since the 2012 COD Black Ops Declassified disaster.
But i believe as always the promoting starts this fall.
This is looking very good.
It is looking good. Better this than porting a game most people will get for home consoles.
looks pretty good, can't wait to play it! I'm not a huge fan of those kinda cutscenes, but they seems to work ok for a Batman game.
I will probably end up getting this, but was sooo disappointed when I found it was was 2.5D, not 3D . I'm sure the decision would have been to make it work better on the the 3DS. It will wreck the whole experience for me. Such a shame, but until the Vita sells more it can't command its own content and developers have to make money.
